Operating as a distinct part of the main business, Mother Tongue AI specifically aims to support global brands in search of innovative ways to enhance the human-AI experience for their users worldwide.
Headquartered in San Francisco, the unit is powered by a robust team of experienced linguists, program managers, data specialists, and tech experts. Leading the charge from the Bay Area is Mother Tongue’s Global Lead, Valeria Barbero, supported by Client Director, Rhianna Floresca. Valeria reports into the company’s CEO, Chris Hodgson Castillo.
Mother Tongue’s AI offering is tried and tested, remaining highly adaptable to clients’ specific products and requirements. The unit boasts coverage of 40+ locales, giving brands access to a pool of 400+ specialist linguists alongside 24-hour project management support.
Solutions are segmented into four main categories – Conversational UX Optimization, Content Management, Bot Persona Development, and Trust & Safety options. All GenAI solutions focus on enhancing the user experience by optimizing large language models (LLMs) and creating bespoke branded content.
