Creative Operations is all about making the creative workflow of a business more structured and streamlined for content creators, so they can produce their best creative work.
The one-day event aims to help participants learn from and connect with members of the Creative Operations community across Asia, the Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.
The conference will explore live real-world case studies from leading organisations focused on solutions, the latest thinking, and the most promising developments in the industry, delivering actionable insights on how you can drive change within your organisation.
Ideal for Directors, Heads and Managers of Creative Operations, Creative Services, Creative Production as well as Creative Resources and Marketing Operations, Creative Directors, Project Managers, Traffic Managers, Video Managers, Consultants and Solution Providers.
Key topics to be addressed include: Keeping up with the demand for real-time content production, Identifying and avoiding pitfalls in the creative process, Examining agency models: in-house/external/hybrid and Demonstrating a team’s value proposition.

Speakers on the day will be Jared Ben of Canva, Piyush Bhatia from RFOX, Eveline ter Elst from Bynder, Rodney Evans from Central Studios Shanghai, Jacinta Houzer from Seven West Media and Andrew Lomas of Creative Folks IT.
Cilla Burgmann of Google will be speaking at the session How Google Marketing Operations Built a Team of Specialists to Deliver Creative Excellence – Who are not an In-House Agency. The session will explore the opportunities that come with building an in-house team, with diverse backgrounds, to form an Agency Management and Engagement team.
The global team, set up for Google Marketing, has footprints across all major regions and has built critical programmes that engage creative and production agency partners and marketers to strive for creative and marketing excellence, together.
Also speaking will be InMobi’s Shantesh Gogi, Christie Sinai of Xero, State Street’s Raja Singh, Adobe’s Mark Szulc and Nina Walsh from Amazon Web Services. The event will also include a session from Conference Chair Amanda Gower from Schneider Electric, who will be hosting Imagine if There was One Tool That Did it All! The event will question how to navigate collaboration overload as well as learn how Schneider Electric has overcome these challenges to manage all Creative Operations functions in one tool.
