Global Sourcing Manager – Media & E-Commerce
You support sourcing for eCommerce requirements and media spend category globally—including sourcing execution, value management and optimization, agency/media partner’ relationship management and stakeholder management, and supporting global media procurement initiatives to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with global and local eCommerce business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for global ecommerce COE team, lead the sourcing strategy development and execution, and manage the supply base for ecommerce requirement
- Support global media or eCommerce sourcing strategy development and planning by analyzing global/regional/local spend data, providing global/regional/local market and supplier insights, preparing for any of the regional bids, and co-leading regional or global negotiations, as well as engaging in local key initiatives, with the objective to maximize the value for the business (productivity, cash and revenue etc.,)
- Be part of global eCommerce workstream, to drive sourcing and procurement excellence, streamline ways of working and ensure best practices sharing across regions
- Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance, audit, source-to-pay, etc.
